Acrylic Stucco Finish Coat  is for exterior and interior use. It provides a pleasing appearance that is mildew and weather resistant.  Acrylic Stucco Finish Coat is available in 40 standard colors. Acrylic Stucco Finish Coat  may be custom matched.

Coverage

Coverage per pail of Acrylic Stucco Finish Coat  in each texture is.

Medium Sand float = 130 – 140 sq / ft

Coarse Sandfloat. = 100 – 110 sq  / ft

Medium Quartztex. = 130 – 140 sq  / ft

Coarse Quartztex. = 90 – 110 sq  / ft

Freestylus. = Varies

Note:  Coverage varies on job conditions.

Storage

Store our Acrylic Stucco Finish Coat  in its original pails. Store at temps from 40 º F to 110 º F. Store out of direct sun. Do not stack more than 3 pails high.

Shelf Life

About 2 years if properly stored.

Surface Preparation

Before you apply our Acrylic Stucco Finish Coat  you must make sure of the following. Must be clean and dry. Must be free of contaminants. Our Primer is needed for stucco and masonry walls. Our Primer also may be applied as a color base.

Painted wall. Paint must have great adhesion. No more than 10 % should be remaining. Prime surface with our Primer.

Mixing

Mix the Acrylic Stucco Finish Coat  at 400 – 500 rpm. Don’t trap air. Clean water may be added.  Do not exceed 1 cup per pail. Add the same amount of water to each pail.

Note: No other additives or materials of any kind shall be added to our Acrylic Stucco Finish Coat .

Curing

Drying will occur within 24 hours. Final cure within 3 to 4 weeks.

Application Directions

Wall shall be clean and dry. check that the wall is flat and free of defects greater than 1 / 4 ” in 10 feet. Apply the Acrylic Stucco Finish Coat  directly to the wall. Apply the Acrylic Stucco Finish Coat  slightly thicker than the largest aggregate size. Work the material to a uniform thickness of 1 / 16 “. Texture the Acrylic Stucco Finish Coat  as desired. Wipe trowel often. Apply pressure with motion to obtain the desired texture.

Note. Always maintain a wet edge. Work to corners and joints. Use Finish with the same batch number within a wall section. Keep pail closed when not in use.

Precautions. Limitations.

Temps must be at least 40 º F during application and initial drying period. Do not use on wet surfaces. Do not use in very cold temps. Keep safe from the elements. Avoid application over irregular surfaces.

Cleanup

Clean tools after use with warm water.
